Avocado Bean Bowl

Ingredients:
4 spicy black bean patties, cooked, I prefer Morning Star
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
1/2 Lemon juice
2 Avocados chopped
1 cup Basmati rice, or rice of your choice
2 tablespoons chopped Cilantro

Directions:
Chop the cooked patties finely and mix it with the sauce, Avocado, Cilantro and the lemon juice.
Serve warm over rice.

This is barely a recipe but I was asked to post this so here it is!
